It has a wonderful view on top of the hill with five-star facilities, lovely hosts and two cute dogs. You should come early to enjoy the view! I arrived quite late and missed the sunset, but the sunrise was beautiful.

Māra is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Mapua, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. We had a great stay! Hostess Nicky was very welcoming and sweet. Super king size bed was amazing, home made breakfast at your door step is truly hard to beat. Both the room and bathroom are modern, comfortable and convenient. The location while a bit remote, was very calm and serene.

Great little apartment in only short walking distance to Nelson city. The apartment was small, cozy and extremely clean. The owners Ruben & Sarah were really nice and super helpful! Gave us great recommendations for the area around. They even offered us to swim in their pool and we had small treats on our bed for welcome. Would definitely recommend this accommodation!
