We stayed at this hotel twice a week ago and when we first came the receptionist made us feel very welcome. This hotel is beautiful and was very decorated with historical objects that caught our attention. The rooms were comfortable and nice, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms spotless. We also celebrated my son's birthday at the hotel and they surprised us with a cake, candles and even a present, to celebrate! 😃, it was a very nice gesture ☺️. Overall it is a hotel that l would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and historical stay. The hotel really did feel like a museum! We would definitely go back. Totally recommended! 👍

Extremely great location right there at the train station no more than 50 feet and you’re there. Just one note if you can get a room facing the lake it would be a little more quiet, considering the train tracks are behind the hotel, they weren’t bad, but still slightly noticeable.

Very nice hotel with a charming owner. If you want to have a quiet room you need to specifically ask for it because most of the rooms are adjacent to the street.

I had a great time at Rongahuset BnB. Bridget was a great host. The communication was super easy and she was very accommodating. I had met some of her children, who live in the house. We had diner together and breakfast. I could use the kitchen without any problem. I was fortunate to have the room with the newly renovated private bathroom. The room and bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a pleasure staying with Bridget and her family. I would go back again. Thank you.
