This beautiful place had everything a good hotel would have with the comfortable atmosphere as staying with friends. It is not always open so we felt us lucky when we happened to find it just right time.

When you need to go on a “should I be driving here”-road you know you will end up in an amazing place. It’s a quiet and very peaceful place. The all glass cabin was amazing, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was very good. Most amazing thing, being in the jacuzzi, while it’s snowing enjoying the view.

Offering a garden and garden view, VILLA HASSELBAKKEN is set in Eidsvoll, 22 km from Eidsvoll 1814 and 39 km from Modern Activity Center. We only stayed for one night and that night we were the only guests. So everything was amazing! The villa is cozy and quiet, nicely sitting on a hill that has an amazing view of the lake. Room was tidy and comfy, modern bathroom.

We stayed here on a drive between Stockholm and Bergen to split the drive up. Host was very accommodating, and the place was very clean. We choose the optional breakfast which proved to be the correct choice since it was very good and there were no nearby options.

One of the lovliest guesthouses I have stayed. You can see and feel how important the house and the guests are for the owner - right after entering the house. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast which was prepared with love as it seemed to me. This guesthouse is not only beautiful with all its pure coziness - it is also very personal (see all the details when you are there), warmhearted and welcoming. I highly recommend!
