The free breakfast was wonderful with nice coffee, caviar, eggs, meat, pastries, bread, cheese, juice and more. Great location to town. Highly recommend to others looking for a simple and affordable accommodation.

There is free private parking and the property features free airport shuttle service. I stayed three nights in this comfortable and quiet place and the new owners were so warm and welcoming to me. I can highly recommend getting the hot dinner from this hotel too, the food was delicious. I found the location to be a great jumping off point to see the torghatten, heilhornet, and to go fishing. The guest house provides certain units with sea views, and the units have a kettle. At the guest house, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. I booked a single room. Although the room was small, it was fully equipped with everything, including a refrigerator, which surprised me.

Nice and helpful staff. Hotel is on a quiet place a bit remote. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable, shared bathrooms were clean too. It is a very good value for money.
For me, Hotel Svartisen really exceeded my expectations: my room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly large! Parking was very easy right behind the hotel, the loft bed felt very cosy, and I liked the bathroom with its nicely heated floor. While the hotel did not offer breakfast, there is a large shopping centre and grocery store within walking distance, and on either side of the block are restaurants if one prefers to eat out. My room included a small kitchenette, so home-cooked meals are also an option for the budget-conscious.
Nice location, very functional for what we needed. Plenty of space, and quiet too. The running track down the road was a bonus for an early morning fitness session :-)

One of the cheapest rooms in Mo i Rana with private bathroom. Location is also decent. Clean, but old. Value is good, if you only need a place for a nights sleep and not a fancy hotel. Friendly staff at checkin in Hotel Ole Tobias, there is no staff at the Toranes Overnatting building.
Historical building with a unique atmosphere, close to city center, good restaurant on the other side of the street, excellent breakfast served in a dining room layes out as a train interior
