At the bed and breakfast, the units are equipped with a private bathroom. The owners are just really amazing people. It’s a fairly new place, less than a year in operation. I think the best part is that they are happy to pick you up and drop you off at the bus station if necessary. Completely free. They even dropped us off early for a bus to go to Somoto canyon for a tour they arranged and it was amazing (10/10 would recommend a long canyon tour with Juan if your fit and like basic canyoneering.). The rooms are simple, nice and very clean. The bathroom was as well and had hot water! I have to shout out their restaurant as they make their own cheese from local milk for their pizza. I guess it’s to be expected from a French chef! The 8 piece pizza was enough for both of us most nights. I would stay again and recommend!

Staff is very friendly and helpful
It is a wonderful hidden place in the middle of nature. Gilbert was the perfect host. Although there isn’t a pool or sea close by, also our children found it the best place we visited so far in Nicaragua. It’s a quiet and comfortable location and Gilbert prepares excellent food for the complete family. His neighbour, a farmer, is also very willing to take you on a trip around the area. I would recommend this country house to everyone.
The location is so good. Not to far off the bus station but far enough to have a quiet spot. The food was sooo good and creative. The people gave me family vibes. A lot of animals and a beautiful garden.
Luxury room with very comfortable bed Kind helpful staff (If you travel from Esteli to Leon, there is only one direct afternoon bus around 15.00, but it’s also possible to take a bus towards Managua almost all day and make a transfer to Leon in San Isidro) Close to the city center
Great location a 20 minite walk from the bus station and a few minutes from town centre. The staff couldn't have been more attentive, asking if we wanted free coffee water, room cleaned etc. The room was modern with a fan and the bathroom had hot water and free toothpaste, razor etc. There was a lounge area with great views over the town . Some of the rooms don't have a window but we were shown a selection and chose one with a window for the same price.
This property is hidden gem of the north of Nicaragua! We loved the peace and tranquillity of the suite, and the climate is perfect. Great views of the nearby mountain too. The host went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and was a pleasure to make his acquaintance! He cooked us delicious, healthy, and wonderful food for our stay. I can’t recommend his cooking highly enough.
