Langkawi Country Lodge2 er et nyrenoveret pensionat i Pantai Cenang, 600 m fra Cenang Strand. Der er have og udsigt til haven. Stedet er mega hyggeligt og personalet og ejerne er fantastisk. Vi fejrede en 40 års fødselsdag og ejerne kom med gratis kage. Super lækker kage fra en af ejernes mange forbindelser. Vi blev også inviteret til mad i forbindelse med en prøvesmagning til reality-tv. De kunne have taget penge for alt den lækre lokale mad, men de gav det væk gratis til deres gæster.

Seven Stones Langkawi ligger i Pantai Cenang, tæt på Pantai Tengah-stranden og 1,5 km fra Cenang-stranden. Der er gårdhave med udsigt til haven, have og terrasse. Don’t expect a luxurious stay but rather a warm, welcome and authentic experience. The owner Mas will make you feel at home the second you step inside, always willing to help even after you leave! The breakfast was local and delicious and the room is spacious and comfortable. You can definitely hear some birds, frogs and roosters, but no loud traffic, which is amazing. It’s about a 20min walk to both beaches but there are shops and restaurants close by.

The owner and his wife are just fabulous! They were super welcoming and went out of their way to help us. They even got us a lift in town one night when it was raining and we needed to get to an ATM and a pharmacy. Also, every morning we had a complimentary freshly cooked snack, which we did not expect at all. The property is fantastic, very clean and quite, the villas are so nicely designed and built by the owner himself. The whole small complex feels very tropical, and so nice to stay at.

Veranda Nautica ligger i Kuah og tilbyder indkvartering med balkon. Der er gratis WiFi. Gordon is a very nice owner, fantastic view from the balcony, great breakfast and overall so quiet environment. Perfect to relax for a few days and still just a few minutes drive from Kuah city center.

An amazing little oasis run by a wonderful couple, Didi & Goy. A friend told me about this B&B lodging as I was looking for a quiet and clean place to stay. I was amazed at a lot of things upon my arrival and Ocean Lodge as it met all my expectations! Firstly, it is less than 7 mins from the airport! Secondly, oh wow! Didi & Goy greeted me upon my arrival. They were so warm and welcoming, It just felt like going home and being with family. My room is big, spacious, and clean. The bathroom is clean and spotless. Overall, the room is great and also smells good. The bed is of a quality mattress and I had a good night's sleep. I love the peacefulness and quietness of this lodging. They also have a small sitting area outside of each room. Ocean Lodge has High-Speed WiFi, Ceiling Fan, AC, Water Heater, Fridge, Satellite TV, and more. It made it easy for me as I need good internet speed for my work online. and a quiet room to take my conference calls. Perfect! The Breakfast was very delicious! Special Goy's Omelette made by Goy. Didi joined me during breakfast time and gave me information about Langkawi and activities to do and places to visit. I directly booked a Mangrove Tour and that was also another amazing experience. The owners are superbly friendly and helpful but also respect your space for privacy. They have a beautiful garden with a Gazebo with 2 hammocks. I enjoyed a cool drink and did some reading on the hammock as it was such a lovely evening. This small little oasis also provides Scooter for rent if you do want to ride around Langkawi. There are also quite a few good restaurants within walking distance from the lodging so I didn't have to travel far for food. My stay was short as I was transiting over to Thailand, but I will definitely come back for a longer stay. I would highly recommend Ocean Lodge if you are looking for a quiet and serene place to stay, convenient and CLEAN!
