It's located in a nice area with shops and supermarkets.

At the bed and breakfast, all units come with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. All units include private entrance. We have stayed in many places in Mexico but this place really surprised us in a good way: I would definitely call it a hotel but there was also a very nice kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, a stove and all the necessary utensils and pots/pans. The water in the shower could get very hot even at night, the room was spacious enough for me and my husband, and there was a very nice terrace and what has potential for becoming a co-working area. We will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Morelia

Casa Jose Maria is a traditional 19th-century colonial house located in central Morelia, a 10-minute walk from Plaza de Armas Square and Morelia Cathedral. It offers a restaurant set in a charming courtyard. Everything: close the the center of town, pretty and cozy, very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and nice. The rooms were very comfortable Great value.
