Studios also have a kitchen. The room was comfortable, well appointed, comfortable bed, clean, a lovely terrace, the ownership family were wonderful., helpful,. The breakfast was excellent. The property with pool, loungers, bbq, etc was beautiful and well maintained. An oasis!!

Each spacious suite features classic-style décor and antique Mexican furniture. All suites have a seating area, a coffee maker and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Most suites offer ocean views and many have kitchen facilities. A beautiful boutique hotel nestled into the cliffside overlooking a (relatively) private beach. The staff is very welcoming (as were the other guests during my stay). Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from the Maximilian Suite (and a lot of stairs). The Maximilian Suite has one bed open to the entire suite and one closed room, so best suited to a family or a group that doesn't require a lot of privacy. It was breezy and cool in the evening, I never used the AC although it is available in the closed room. Room is exceptionally well equipped with a lovely set of clean dishes, coffee + coffee maker and full fridge + water. I did not cook. It is a very quick (70 peso) ride into the main part of Puerto Vallarta or a 30 min walk via the beaches, so off the beaten path which is what I wanted. The beach is rocky and Pacific waves are big, but beaches directly to the north and south have safer swimming and some small coves suitable for children. Lovely to explore and never crowded. Incredible sunset views. I would 100% come back.
