The Inn At Matale, a property with a garden, is situated in Matale, 35 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa, 35 km from Kandy Museum, as well as 36 km from Bogambara Stadium. Everything was great, especially the cappuccino ! Thanx that we were allowed to leave our bicycles in the lobby during the night.

Sarath and his family are the most welcoming and amiable hosts we had on our journey in Sri Lanka. The lodging is on top of a hill and inside a plantation so you are all surrounded by beautiful nature. As part of the plantation Sarath and his family are growing their own coffee and spices from which Sarath's wife cooked a most delicious breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Retreat very much and will never forget the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We can very much recommend a stay here.

May mga nakamamanghang tanawin ng kalikasan, nagtatampok ang Strathisla Guest House ng outdoor swimming pool at mga kagamitan para sa barbeque. This place is magical, it wowed us from the moment we saw it. The location is stunning, right in the middle of the mountain jungle with fascinating flora and fauna. The old colonial style house is soaked in history. Morphti was an amazing host and Mohan is the most amazing cook, we had some exceptional feasts of great Sri Lankan food. We will definitely go back!

Set just 22 km from Bogambara Stadium, Walawwa Matale offers accommodation in Matale with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as luggage storage space. Very nice and old guest house. We had everything on our own. There is a living room, a kitchen, a garden and a terrace Which you can use. Highly recommend this guest house.

Facilities are as per the details provided at the time of booking. Even though I paid extra day as check out time is 11am and I left the facility at 6pm, they refunded my extra day payment.

This 1930s bungalow is sprawled across 98 acres of a tea plantation, at the foot of the Knuckles Mountain Range. Absolutely loved our stay at Ashburnham. We stayed in the family room which was spacious and has a curtain between the double and single the beds for added privacy. The views are absolutely stunning, we watched an amazing sunset drinking G&Ts on the terrace. Vish is so friendly and helpful and took great care of us. He set up a lovely picnic lunch by the waterfall on our first day and we loved our tea plantation tour with Mr Das. He is such a character and we learnt a lot about tea from his 25 years of experience. Dinner was superb as was breakfast. We only stayed one night and didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend.
