We used this very nice and cosy little hotel during three weeks as a 'base camp' for trips around the island. We were more than satisfied with everything. Staff is very friendly and nice and made us feel very welcome. The pool is clean and the garden is very beautiful and well maintained with flowers and decorations. Furnitures in the patio areas where you can sit outside and chill. The food they serve is also very tasty — we really liked the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner specialities. Our room was big and spacious wirh good storage facilities for clothes and personal belongings. To have a fridge of your own and access to a kitchen is a big advantage!

Boasting a balcony with city views, a garden and a shared lounge, Regno Residence the Infinity by Netflix can be found in Panadura, close to Panadura Beach and 22 km from Bambalapitiya Railway... The guesthouse is new and recently opened, so the furniture and facilities are brand new and very comfortable. The owners live in the same house, which gives you a sense of security. They are very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was also delicious and we were very impressed with the hospitality.

Th room was very spacious with a very nice balcony with sea view and calm fresh air. It’s a very quiet place. He gave us a very big breakfast for small price. He is helpful, loves a small talk and really wants the best for you. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

We are so happy that we selected this place for our honeymoon stay. it was a unforgettable amazing experience. it had an excellent tropical architecture designed by an award winning local architect without harming the natural context. the building had blended with the nature giving an calming and relaxing experience. Captured the views of the Lake, greenery vistas from inside the building almost forgetting that we are in proximity to city. it was so convenient to us that the location is close to main driveways to southern Sri Lanka which was a destination of our journey. We would highly recommend this place.

Hotel is right next to beach with nice view from balcony. To food store or restaurants its not far (10 minutes walk). Rooms are nice and comfortable. Pool is also nice, with good deep for kids. Staff was always ready to help us with any possible wish or question. I fully recomend to stay here...
