Sunflowers Canada House, a property with a garden, is located in Jaffna, 3.1 km from Jaffna Public Library, 3.5 km from Jaffna Fort, as well as 3.6 km from Nallur Kandaswamy Temple. This is a very charming, impeccable guesthouse with a small number of rooms. I had an upper room in the house, spacious, private, with great working electrical, lighting and AC, a large comfortable bed, and lots of natural light. The room includes an ensuite bathroom and has access to a well-equipped shared kitchen. The entire unit is meticulously clean and well-maintained, on a far higher standard than most places I have stayed in here. The lodge is located in a very green, leafy neighborhood, probably one of the nicer neighborhoods of Jaffna. It isn't close to anything much, but the restaurants and cafes you do find are very good. Note that the lodge is difficult to find, as it is located on a side alley that is not on the map. Follow the signs posted at street corners and you will find it!

Run by a friendly and attentive couple, the place was immaculate, providing a peaceful retreat without any disturbances. The highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast. This cottage is perfect for both foreigners and local families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended!

Set just 1.6 km from Jaffna Public Library, Flamingo Villa offers accommodation in Jaffna with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Location is just perfect. Town is 2 mints walking distance. Great Villa and beautiful. Rooms are beautiful, cleaned and comfy. Helpful staff. Jaffna style foods are delicious. I really liked that the room service. The parking was easy. The food was fantastic and very fast to arrive. It is the best place to stay in Jaffna

Struttura ben organizzata e pulita, anche negli spazi comuni, con cucina fruibile e terrazza spaziosa. La camera piccina ma immacolata con letto molto comodo. Bagno sempre pulito e profumato, nonostante fosse condiviso da molti ospiti, e dotato di dispenser di shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

Si tratta di una villa privata a pochi passi dal grande tempio di Murugan a Nallur, che costituisce la principale attrazione di Jaffna. Per raggiungere la camera, si attraversano gli spazi comuni. La camera in cui sono stato era molto grande, con una ampia finestra, tutti gli appoggi utili al bagaglio e agli effetti personali, il letto comodissimo. Il bagno un po' più piccolo e spartano, ma perfettamente funzionante. In breve, molto confortevole. Il gestore si è rivelato una fonte preziosa di informazioni sui trasporti e sulla città. Mi è stato offerto più volte tè o caffé. La colazione era molto buona. Per chi non è mai stato a Jaffna, può essere utile sapere che è Nallur il centro antico, ricco di tempi hindu: sereno, tranquillo, pittoresco; il centro commerciale, verso il Forte, è certamente ricco di negozi, nonché sede della stazione dei bus, ma poco interessante per un turista.

I had a great stay in this guesthouse ! The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly and the hosts were super nice. They have laundry service if needed for a cheap price and breakfast was included also. If needed, you can also rent a scooter from them. I highly recommend this guesthouse if you come to Jaffna !

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is super clean with all facilities. The room is very spacious. Aircon worked great. Had delicious Srilankan breakfast. The staff is very nice, kind, humble, and friendly personal. Staff is always available to help you with great smile. This is an added value to your stay at this accommodation. In fact, the staff personal Mr. Prasad helped me in arranging bus ticket to Colombo, money exchange, local visits and local transportation. The staff arranged Taxi service to visit local tourist places in and around Jaffna for two days. The taxi driver Mr. Vinod is very humble, kind, and helpful personal. His services are exceptional. He is a good guide too. Mr. Vinod knows the full history of Jaffna. He can speak multiple languages including Tamil, Hindi, English, etc. I had great conversation with Mr. Vinod to know more about the great Jaffna town. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Prasad (staff) and Mr. Vinod (taxi driver) for their help and hospitality during my 3 nights stay at Senthil Complex.

Situata a Jaffna, a 1,7 km dal Tempio Nallur Kandaswamy e a 2,3 km dalla Biblioteca Pubblica di Jaffna, la Sarras Guest House offre un salone in comune e un giardino. La villa ha un ampio parco e dispone di un ristorante di buon livello. Abbiamo soggiornato nella parte più antica del complesso, in una camera basic ma spaziosa (è possibile chiedere anche un upgrade della camera nella nuova struttura, pagando una piccola differenza). I nostri figli hanno molto apprezzato il biliardo nella hall! Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette in una agenzia vicina e abbiamo potuto parcheggiarle alla sera all’interno della villa. Non abbiamo fatto colazione, preferendo una gelateria buonissima non molto distante!
