This is the best accommodation I have been to in the entire trip. Moreover, it was super clean. It was raining so I just relaxed, took walks around the village, saw the local life, looked at the wonderful views from the room's balcony and laid down at the hammock. The owner and her family are the best. I felt like home. I would usually go to eat at their restaurant. It was yummy and had a discount for the guests. I enjoyed my time there also with Sara, the daughter of the owner. She was always willing to learn English, play and meet new foreigners. I'm sure if you want to play with her she will be very happy. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience the village and have a peaceful, warm and enjoyable stay.

The property was really pretty and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was also great. The staff were friendly and helpful, they also let us amend our booking after a canceled bus which was really appreciated. There was also free tea, coffee and bananas which was a lovely touch

Everything, look no further this is the perfect place for Nong Khiaw! Ideal location, close to river and shops and starting points for all hikes. Staff, so friendly, on hand to help, breakfast wonderful. I had to leave really early but the owner still made me breakfast which was very very kind of her. They'll do anything to help you. Room beautiful and spacious, wonderful view and balcony too. As a solo traveller I asked to be put on higher floor and they put me right at top floor which I appreciated SO MUCH. Best place to stay, look no further!!!!

The accommodations are stunning, just like in the photos. Walking up to the property was like being in a fairytale. Calm and quiet, at the edge of town - a quick walk or bicycle ride to get to the center. The staff are wonderful and help with anything you need. Ou River House is wonderful for relaxing and swimming after a good hike, and the restaurant on-site serves great food. They also have free bikes and a kayak to use while staying on site.
