The owner is very helpful and arrange a tuk tuk for us when we arrive at 5am at the bus station. Highly recommend this place. Short tul tuk ride to the center of siem rep that you can find on the main street. Outside of the tourist trap. A lot of plant and tree that make you feel in the jungle. A very nice green space, in the middle of the local community. The. Owner arrange a very good tuktuk driver for taking us around the temples.

El alojamiento se encuentra en Siem Reap, a 800 metros de Pub Street. El Anou Home - Guesthouse ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis. Algunas habitaciones tienen zona de estar. Anou se mostró amable y colaborativa desde nuestra llegada. Se aseguró de que tengamos todo lo necesario para una gran estadía, con muchos detalles lindos que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Además cocina muy bien, en el caso de que necesiten tener alguna comida en el alojamiento :) Nos recomendó una agencia de turismo y un tuk tuk para la recorrida por los templos, y ambos fueron muy buenos y recomendables (Touch Chanthy -Tour Guide- y Dara -Tuk Tuk-). Las habitaciones son grandes y tienen ropero para guardar el equipaje y mantener orden (para quien guste de esto)

Wonderful staff. Hearty breakfast, teasty. The room is clean, comfortable beds. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a tuk-tuk. We took a 3 day excursion. We had an excellent driver, very attentive.

Staffs were so friendly and helpful, especially receptionist staffs they reached out everything we asked. Breakfast was acceptable, rooms are big with comfortable bed and good amenities. Location is near to city center we walked 5 minutes to Pubstreet. Overall, enjoy staying this hotel so much and we will be back soon.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It is only a few hundred meters from the Old Market. A supermarket is just steps away across the street. Right by the front door are ATMs from 5 banks. Plenty of restaurants of different cuisines within walking distance. The clean, bright and airy room I had was spacious and comfortable. Cupboards were equipped with new cups and plates with the original manufacturer labels. The staff were curtious, friendly and extremely helpful. Provided many useful information on things to do, and not to do. They arranged my van travel to Phnom Penh. Thinking that it would arrive in time, I had a package mailed to me at Marvelinn. But it was not to be, I had to travel on to PP. Marvelinn staff couriered it to PP as soon as it arrived. What exceptional service! Wow! Thank you Marvelinn!

El personal, el desayuno, la atención, cama cómoda.
El entorno y la piscina son espectaculares. La habitación muy bien, aunque para mi gusto la cama demasiado dura. Y el restaurante tiene precios buenos y el desayuno con muchas alternativas ricas.
El servicio de limpieza excelente y los empleados del servicio amables y acogedores! Pero..el desayuno no tiene la categoría del hotel. Panadería y pastelería trasnochada de varios días, comida a veces mal preparada y aunque el servicio es bueno por los camareros , parece que los jefes del servicio no dirigen con el nivel que requiere la antigua categoría del hotel.
Está muy bien ubicado, las camas son muy amplias y cómodas y todo el personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Se valora especialmente que buscaran y trajeran pan sin gluten en el desayuno.
El lugar maravilloso , nos dieron una habitación con Tina, encamarados el servicio y el personal muy amable y atento a todos los requerimientos. El desayuno variado y muy flexibles con lo que se quería. Volvería sin lugar a duda. El Hotel queda a las afueras del centro pero si tienes una scooter o tuktuk no hay ni converse moverse
La generosa dimensión de las habitaciones, junto a la amplia y excelente cama. La amabilidad y buena predisposicion del personal. La piscina, muy de agradecer tras una intensa jornada de disfrute de las maravillas de Angkor. El generoso desayuno.
Nos gustó absolutamente todo, el hotel es maravilloso, la habitación es amplia, cama muy cómoda, limpia, desayuno buffet muy bueno y personal súper amable y atento. Lo recomiendo 100%.
Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, las camas grandes y muy cómodas. La piscina es algo pequeña pero agradable. El personal es muy amable y los desayunos variados y muy ricos.
La zona del restaurante en el jardín y la piscina. La cama muy cómoda y todo limpio. Muy buena atención y el desayuno bufete espectacular, en lugar de desayuno parecía una comida.
El alojamiento dispone de tres villas completamente excepcionales, muy amplias y con camas supercómodas. Es un lujo tener una piscina privada en la azotea y poder desayunar en ellas. Quizás los muebles de la habitación estén un poco desfasados pero cumplen con las expectativas. A destacar el trato recibido por el personal que están en todo momento pendientes de tí. El desayuno es completo y variado, aunque si se aloja varios días puede resultar repetitivo.
