The bungalows are rustic but very comfortable. Lin and Ah Sey and the entire staff are so friendly and helpful. They really did everything to make my visit great. I loved hanging out in the restaurant and watching little Lily get into all sorts of mischief, and the infamous sea otter paid a visit which was amazing and funny. As others have mentioned, Lin’s boat ride with snorkeling, fishing, a barbecue and finally swimming with the bioluminescent plankton was pure magic!

Everything. The view from the balcony when I arrived with the tide out was incredible. For someone who doesn't really care about the view from my accom here was on another level. Could sit there for ages just looking out at the water. The food from the ressie was so good, Walking around the village was amazing, even coming across an otter on the narrow road. The room was big and even tho there is no air cond or hot water it didnt make any difference. Tho it was cool at night and so hot during the day that hot water wasnt needed. Am sure will definitely come back.

A recently renovated guest house situated in Koh Rong Island, Friend of Nature Homestay & Bungalow features a garden. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a water park. The bungalow was great, I couldn’t ask for anything better!

Situated in Koh Rong Sanloem, 400 metres from M’Pai Bay Beach, DAHLIA Guesthouse features accommodation with a terrace, free WiFi, full-day security, and luggage storage space. Loved this guesthouse, really felt at home here, the decor is great. The property is clean with several communal areas inside and out. The bed is super comfy. Ellen is a fantastic host, very approachable and easy to communicate with prior to arriving. In addition, the coffee was great!

The hotel was a short taxi ride from the pier and walking distance to restaurants and the mall. The staff were friendly. The room was modern, comfortable and clean.

Situated in Koh Rong Sanloem, Sunny Bungalow offers cosy bungalows, 25 km or within an hour ferry ride from Sihanoukville. Guests can enjoy drinks at the on-site bar near the beach. Firstly, the location is fantastic. The bungalows are a super short walk from the Orchid Pier. Secondly, the staff is so nice and welcoming. Thirdly, they give you a 20 liter jug of water that you can use for drinking water (this is all included). The beds were comfortable, the fan worked great, and the mosquito net did it's job. While there is no restaurant on site, several nice places to eat are a short stroll away. After staying at the more "luxury" places along the beach during previous stays on the island, we felt more at home and more comfortable at Sunny Bungalows.
