The staff were some of the nicest people I have meet in Japan. So welcoming to have us in there home and we loved spending time with them all 10/10. Also the house was so fun and had beautiful art in the stair well.

Las calidades eran acordes al nivel del restaurante. El precio era bueno y el desayuno también. La comunicación está bastante bien, a un par de minutos del metro y del JR.
La cama era muy cómoda, el hotel muy bien situado y la habitación espaciosa.
El desayuno ofrecía muchas opciones, dulces y saladas, para satisfacer tanto a clientes occidentales como orientales. Es muy recomendable visitar el Club Lounge ubicado en la planta 19, pero el acceso al mismo depende de la planta (de la habitación) en la que se hospede.
todo ha sido perfecto. la estancia , la amabilidad del personal. Las cenas y desayunos fueron estupendas, todo muy bien preparado y servido.
La habitacion es una pasada de grande y con todo tipo de comodidades y amenities! Incluido Jacuzzi, cine para adultos y vibrador. El desayuno a elegir entre 6 opciones y te lo llevan a la habitacion. Repetiria sin dudarlo.
Bastante bien comunicado con la estación de tren. La habitación muy bien y las camas muy cómodas.
La ubicación es excelente, cerca tanto de la estación de JR como del Castillo de Himeji (la principal atracción). La habitación fue la más grande que tuve en hoteles del estilo "business hotels" y estaba equipada con todo lo necesario, incluyendo frigobar y pava. Incluso la vista no era mala desde la habitación, si uno está en piso alto. No contraté desayuno.
Regular el desayuno poca variedad y cantidad, falta de fruta fresca o en conserva. Falta de tipos de pan muy asiático el desayuno.
Me enamoré de este lugar, te tratan como si fuera un hotel 5*!! Un lugar familiar y cálido, tenía incluida la visita gratis a los onsen y el detalle que te deja alucinando es la vestimenta que te dan, y el desayuno que brindan es espectacular tmb!!! Hasta te hacen la cama!! Ah y el broche de oro fue el cuadro que me regalaron con la foto 🤩 los amo!!!
Sólo estuve una noche pero las instalaciones están en muy buen estado, las camas cómodas y el espacio en la habitación fuera de la "cápsula" Es muy útil para dejar tus cosas y dormir a gusto. El personal fue súper amable, sobretodo Lina :)
