We particularly loved the open plan kitchen/communal area which blended a family friendly environment with a vibrant, sociable youth hostel vibe. Rooms are comfortable and sound proof (and baby proof). Lots of spaces to choose from to do yoga in the morning, and a there's good selection of books and toys for kids. Definitely book this guesthouse for your stay in Tokoname - it's not to be missed, and you'll probably end up wanting to stay longer!

We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly and welcoming and explained all of the facilities really well. We also received recommendations for dinner and breakfast spots in the area which was very helpful! We ended up going to the udon restaurant we were recommended. The room itself was also very clean, had a heater which was great as the room was a little chilly and was overall very cosy.

Mike & his wife are very thoughtful hosts, I also appreciate how Mike offered pick up and drop off at the station! you have to understand that this is not like the city where transportation is very easy, so it was such a nice gesture. The place itself felt like home, it was quiet and all our needs were provided, if there was anything to note, I think it will be more hooks, hangers or place at the bathroom to place our dry clothes, towel. but overall it was such a pleasant short stay and convenience all throughout. will definitely stay again if i happen to attend anything near the area. thanks mike!

Orange Pension offers simple accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Free parking is on-site and guests can enjoy a shared bath with floating oranges. The room is spacious and the bathroom is automatic. The breakfast was good.
