I loved the location, close to the "little Venice" with great restaurants, port also walking distance. Great connection with the bus to the main station.

We got in at night after reception was closed but the host sent over detailed instructions for self check in and was available over WhatsApp. Throughout our stay, she helped us call taxis as the old town area is a restricted car zone so getting a taxi on the street is very difficult. She remained available over WhatsApp at all times of day, and even helped us take a delivery from a shop and had the bag delivered to our room. Our room was really spacious for Florence standards, and we liked the heated towel rack in the bathroom. There were plenty of outlets in the room which is a huge bonus.
