The best one in my trip. Nice staffs,free water and some snacks. Good space , clean and comfortable, also very beautiful. Great one!

We had a lovely five nights here at the end of a long international trip. The house and rooms are designed with elegance and with a view to comfort. (Not listed, but there is also a fridge and useful mini-bar in the spacious rooms.) Stephano is a generous and thoughtful host, always ready with practical help and advice to get the best out of the area. (He even accommodated us on our last day while waiting for a late evening flight.) Breakfast on the terrazzo with the other guests was perfect. The garden parking space was much appreciated in this busy area. The house is in a quiet area and a short walk from the city centre and lake.

I took Bernina Express and stayed in Tirano for one night. The room is beautiful and classy. I love it instant when I entered the room. Elena who assisted me is a very nice and helpful lady. She gave me instructions of check in so the whole process was straight forward smooth. Breakfast was great too and I like the croissant and cookies. As the hotel located in the traditional town area so it takes about 8-10 mins walking time. (For me it took longer as I had two luggages with two hands). I have no complaint as it is surrounded by some great restaurants. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. 🙂

Conveniently located in the Milan City Centre district of Milan, AHD Rooms is set 700 metres from Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, 200 meters from Duomo Milan and a 2-minute walk from Duomo Square. I liked my room but the lighting was a bit harsh and I didn't find a hook for my bath towel. I would have liked a softer bed and the linens were tucked in so that they didn't reach up to cover my shoulders so that is an easy fix. I would have liked a door between the bathroom and bedroom. I loved the proximity to the Duomo and shopping and taxi stand but the taxis have no place to wait for you right at the building and one that Dario called for me just drove by and stopped far down the street and picked up someone else before I could get to him. I went to the taxi stand in front of the Duomo instead which has a lot of taxis. Dario and Mateo were great. As a woman traveling alone I do prefer to stay in places that have someone available to let me in at all hours in case I stay out late but that was not an issue on this visit. The shower worked great and had good pressure and hot water. The towels could be softer. The pillow was a bit hard so one hard and one soft would be nice. I loved the automatic shades. I was thrilled to have YouTube available and English-speaking tv.
