Excellent communication, fantastic room and amazing bathroom, lots of towels, receptionist so kind and friendly. We received delicious homemade cakes as a warm welcome. Breakfast types of food like milk, yoghurt, water fresh available in the refrigerator. Pillows made me dream like a baby. Unbelievable experience, the garden and mountain view with terrace...couldn't wish for more.

Andrea gave us great recommendations on beach spots around lago maggiore and even took the liberty to book us into a great restaurant just a couple of minutes walking distance as we were arriving a little bit later in the afternoon and it being busy season it was really appreciated. Authentic and comfortable room with a stunning view over the lake from the bedroom and the bathroom. Great little breakfast as well with a selection of mortadella, salami, cheese and sweets (Panna cotta was amazing) Overall a great stay and we would recommend anyone to stay with Andrea and Valeria
