Absolutely beautiful location right by the water. The rooms and bathroom are modern and very clean. The host is also very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend

Tjörn is a recently renovated guest house in Hvammstangi, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property features mountain and garden views. It takes a while to get here, but it's a lovely house in a great location. We were lucky enough to have the whole house to ourselves. The house is clean and modernized, and the kitchen and bathroom are great. Really nice stay.

Located in Sauðárkrókur, Helluland Guesthouse has a shared lounge. The property features river and garden views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It was a really nice stay with a stunning view. We were also allowed to visit horses and sheep in the farm, which was great. Overall, an awesome experience!

Featuring mountain views, Ásar Guesthouse provides accommodation with a garden, around 11 km from Hof - Cultural Center and Conference Hall. The hosts were both fantastic, friendly, and helpful with local information. I am an early riser and had breakfast each morning (amazing breakfast) with on my own with great conversation one on one. They also filled the hot tub just for me one evening.
