The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. We had a wonderful stay at Crossroad! It’s really a home to come back to after exploring and hiking. We had booked two rooms, both with an ensuite bathroom. Everything was so comfortable and clean! Breakfast was so yummy! Shanti helped us for hours to arrange an Indian sim card (we are from Europe) and to book our train tickets to Darjeeling. Shanti is a very gentle and caring hostess, making your stay so pleasant and unforgettable!

Staff are really accommodating and owner always has a smile on his face. Value for money. Need attention- breakfast could be better and should add in kitchen services for basic food items like magi, omelet because it rains in Shillong and food delivery doesn’t work all the time. But these are minor inclusions. My overall experience was great.
