I figured, being above a bar, that there might be noise issues but even when live music was playing with a full crowd there was only a dim background level of noise. The facilities were in good repair, tea and water were provided to the room, fresh towels without prompting, it was a great experience.

Everything brand new, modern interior, in charming traditional building. Nice location, only 4km out of town but lovely farm setting with green fields surrounding.
