This place has the friendliest and most helpful staff we've had on our Bali trip. They were ready to shift us to a different room when I brought up an issue about the AC (which was not really much of an issue. We had to keep the doors shut for longer). They were proactive in making sure that we were going to the right places by providing recommendations. The room was pretty good too. We got hot water for a longer period as compared to the other places we stayed at.

Great location - walking distance to the harbor and the beach, super cozy and nice room, fast Wifi, tasty breakfast and friendly staff. I had to switch my sim cards, but I didn't have any tool to open my phone. The problem was solved by the staff. They found a needle, and we were able to open the sim card port. It saved my life :) I stayed just one night, but I would like to come back.

The place is really pretty and very well done. We loved how the host treated us and gave us all the recommendation on what to do in the island. We had bikes for free so it was pretty convenient to move around. I wish I could have stayed longer!

What made our time so special there was the staff. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Always smiling always there to help. They were very attentive, they organised any trips I requested, helped with transportation to and from the port. Absolute pleasure meeting all the team at the bungalows.
