We would like to thank the owner and his lovely staff for our stay at Juma cottages. The owner picked us up at the ferry pier and we were able to do some laundry, which was very handy. We loved the location on the shore of Lake Toba, the room was huge and extremely confortable with a great bed. Shower was separate from the toilet by a short wall, which is rare enough to be mentioned. The food was very good also (I will dream of the delicious guacamole taco) with a wide choice and freshly made. The garden was very well maintained just like in the picture :)

I liked everything about my stay here, the bed was really comfy and shower hot... Really good value for money... Mr Dong and his wife were amazing hosts and made me feel like home, we spent a lot of time together, hung out and had a good time! See you in 10 years...

Good rooms for decent prices, located at a quiet and nice garden with a view on the lake. Also good working wifi inside the room. In their restaurant, opposite the road, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also rent a scooter which is very usefull at Samosir if you want to make excursions by yourself. And a friendly and helpfull host. What more do you need?

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Romlan menawarkan penginapan 3-bintang di Tuk Tuk dan mempunyai taman, kawasan pantai peribadi dan restoran. The room was spacious and had a view of the lake. There was a restaurant attached to the guesthouse, so we did not have to so far to get food. Food was delicious and decently priced compared to some of the restaurants nearby. There is a ferry stop at the guesthouse, which was very convenient. Lastly, shower was hot.
