Really small pension, just 2 rooms, but despite that you get extremely sumptomous breakfast, everything so tasty and changing every day. Great coffee (not over-roasted). Spacious room, spaciousy and well organised bathroom (2 persons can easily move there), plenty of bathroom cosmetics including body lotion (!). No TV in room (just fyi). Surprisingly good location - a few good restaurants in the village, a lot of cross-country bike paths around.

Tusculanum Panzió, a property with barbecue facilities, is situated in Mindszentkálla, 31 km from Tihany Abbey, 39 km from Thermal Lake Hévíz, as well as 13 km from Tapolca Lake Cave. Beautiful surroundings, delicious food, pet friendly and the most wonderful staff that prepared food for us even after they were closed. We went as a friend group of 10 and and we had plenty of space to be comfortable The garden is great for summer night barbecues, the host is responsive and accommodating, we had a great time and would gladly return. The area is gorgeous with plenty of beautiful hikes and sights.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated ESTER'S Szentbékkálla features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. It is situated 29 km from Tihany Abbey and offers luggage storage space.... For the first couple of days it was just the 2 of us and it felt so magical, intimate. We really liked how quiet it was, how close to everything. The food was nice too.
