The property was in a perfect location. A few minutes walk from the port and promenade. Super clean thanks to Mrs Fanny and Mr Ioannis a super host. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was ample in size and the shower even though was on the small size was ample and always hot water at hand. The towels and sheets were hygienic soft and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was excellent for sunsets.

Τhe house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood in a flatland of pistachios. Even it's a room, you have access in the yard and some other places of the 102 old house. It is perfect for relaxation near the nature. The hospitality of the owners was excellent. I would surely recommended it and I hope to visit it again in the future.

The property was authentic and modern, with each studio apartment having its own balcony and private area. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked, and a short walk to Aegina Port. Beautiful sunset spot across the road overlooking the sea. Couldn’t recommend this property more, Anthe who looks after the property goes above and beyond to assist with any requests. She was there throughout our stay to give recommendations and suggestions. We will be back in the future, an absolute gem of a place.

We loved the room, the cleaning lady is a sweetheart so is the owner and she did an amazing job cleaning the room. The colors of decoration were beautiful and the entire experience was amazing! Just a few metres from the rocky beach, Perdika Mare Guesthouse is located at the fish village of Perdika in Aegina. It offers a limited hours and days reception and daily cleaning. Loved the water from the balcony. Great value

The lady who worked there was so nice and helpful. We payed for a double room and she gave us a studio apartment for the same price. The apartment was clean with all the necessities and a cosy balcony. The aircondition was also very effective. It is located just a few minutes walk from grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful stay here and highly recomend it😊
