There is no reception but the owners responded very quickly on WhatsApp to have us check in. There isn’t really a parking as stated but we found a spot to park nearby without trouble.

Also the internet was really fast, - it was my main point, cause I worked remotely. :)

Very nice views from the room, I could see the city & Bagrati Cathedral from the windows and also see the river from small balcony. Well-equipped & very convenient location. There is a washing machine & dryer (shared). The host was very friendly, welcoming and showed me the way to the nearest money exchange & gave me tips on where to find good local food.

She could not do enough for us and even though her English was limited she still tried to engage in happy conversation with us over a cup of chai. she was so helpful, would definitely stay again

Owner can’t speak English well but her hospitality is very impressive. We checked in so late but she waited and showed us the 3rd floor hi-light place. BF was really good & delicious. N very nice decoration.
