Mark and Julie were incredible hosts and very understanding when our plans changed a bit. The breakfast was fabulous. We were only passing through, but wished that we could have stayed longer and seen more of the area. Hope to go back another time and stay again!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Whatever we needed they accommodated us. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend Smallbrook Cottage and if we return to Broadway in the future, we will gladly stay there. Parking on site!

From the outside it looks like a normal barn house but when you step inside you will be mesmerised by its charm especially its common lounge and dining area. Hosts are exceptional and friendly. They have the or one of the best breakfast i have had in my short life. I am a big breakfast eater so ordered 2 sets for myself each day, the omelette is fantastic, similar to other choices. Sorry to the host.
