Featuring 4-star accommodation, 4 Canon Lane is situated in Chichester, 90 metres from Chichester Cathedral and 500 metres from Chichester Train Station. Amazing! What a great location; so glad we found it. This is a house in an otherwise closed section of the beautiful Chichester cathedral district, with full view of the cathedral through the window. Check-in was through individual and time-restricted codes for front door and room, and worked well (though we were a bit apprehensive, as there seemed to be nobody available on-site). The house is stunning; a guest house otherwise used for conferences with a generous two-story entrance hall and beautiful wood finishes (loved the heavy wood front door). The rooms are clean, well-appointed and the amenities excellent - the renovation kept the original simple decor. Outside there is almost no car traffic, and you arrive by driving through a medieval gate and park at an assigned space right outside the front door. At night you don't realize that you are in a town; its so quiet. Everything is in walking distance, and during the day you can enter the cathedral cloisters through a side portal. The beautiful Bishop's Garden is just around the corner, as are the Roman walls. No breakfast provided, but there is a coffeemaker in the room and several restaurants just around the corner (through the gate, as it were), including several breakfast place (we had a great breakfast at Trading Post Coffee Roasters).

Located in West Dean and with Goodwood Racecourse reachable within 4.6 km, The Selsey Arms provides a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. Lose to Goodwood racecourse which is what we needed

Facing the beachfront in Pagham, 18 Ledra Drive features a garden and a terrace, and a free private parking. At the guest house, all rooms come with a wardrobe. Pagham Getaways exceeded our expectation. We stayed in room 2 which was a decent size double room with an amazing bath, supplied with bubble bath to use as needed. The added touches like tea and coffee making in the room is so simple but really made our stay! The location of the house is perfect, over looking the beach and not to far from the local amenities which are easy to access by a short walk. We has such a quiet and peaceful stay at Pagham Getaways and although we were not the only guests in the accommodation, we did not notice we were not alone. We only booked to stay one night due to other plans however we would have happily stayed longer. Rosie popped by on the Saturday morning and was very friendly and welcoming, was happy to stand and talk to us! Would definitely be coming back here, we have already looked to book up again early next year and thinking of booking later in the year to really enjoy the use of the beach right on the door step.

Offering a garden and garden view, The Bosham Boathouse is set in Chichester, 4.6 km from Chichester Train Station and 4.9 km from Chichester Cathedral. Attention to detail was the best we have experienced on our trip. Attentive host and wonderful breakfast. We would definitely recommend.

Offering a garden and garden view, Three Oaks Nursery is set in Chichester, 8.6 km from Chichester Cathedral and 12 km from Goodwood Motor Circuit. The place is really cozy and peaceful sourrounded nature. We enjoyed watching the birds outside whilst having an extensive breakfast inside. Debbie thought of everything and we didn't miss anything. Debbie is a really friendly and attentive host. We liked our stay very much! If we could and didn't have to work the next day we would like to stay even longer! We would highly recommend this to anybody for a quick getaway or break.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, The Old School B&B is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Chichester, less than 1 km from Goodwood Motor Circuit. Everything!!! The best b and b ever. Peter and David are superb hosts. We had the coziest time and wonderful breakfasts and conversations. We’ve booked 2 return visits

The Coast House B&B and Spa is set in Bognor Regis and has a private pool and quiet street views. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. Beautiful gardens. Our room was like a cocoon of coziness, soft colors and modern. Very clean and well appointed. The pool was a soothing experience and breakfast in the sunroom was delightful. Lovely. A joy to discover William Blake’s house around the corner. At Donna’s recommendation had a wonderful dinner at the Lobster Pot on the beach.

Set within 13 km of Bognor Regis Train Station and 16 km of Goodwood Motor Circuit in Arundel, Hanger Down House Bed and Breakfast features accommodation with seating area. The location was beautiful, the room very comfortable and Alison’s breakfast was exceptional. We felt very welcome. We highly recommend Hanger Down
