Boasting a garden and views of garden, Teigh Old Rectory is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Oakham, 40 km from Belgrave Road. The Old Rectory had everything I like - a lovely house, warm and spacious room, delightful and welcoming host, a dog, good breakfast, beautiful village, unusual church, rural location. And it is very good value.

Lovely hosts who were very accommodating with arrival time. Snacks and refreshments provided in the room. Sat outside in the sun for breakfast, which was a nice feature. Great continental breakfast provided although there was far too much for me.

Set in South Witham and only 45 km from Belgrave Road, The Barn offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. We enjoyed our stay at the Barn, it's a lovely property and a quirky layout which adds to the charm. Very clean and comfortable and with food basics such as bread, milk, tea/coffee, jams etc provided along with crockery/cutlery, toaster, fridge and kettle. We were able to park on the drive which is gated and feels secure. Dave and Lisa were really nice and helpful, but respectful of privacy so we felt comfortable and at home. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Crown has a shared lounge, restaurant, a bar and water sports facilities in Uppingham. Everything was amazing from the staff that went above and beyond to meet needs and accommodations. Breakfast was included in the price which was a big plus. Very delicious and well made. The location is perfect as well, close to everything. Laura was over the top amazing. I rented a car and didn’t know my way around with the road signs or driving on the opposite side of the road. She was kind enough to let me look over at her daughter’s driving manual which helped alot. She went above and beyond

Housed in a historic building, The horse and panniers guest house. Provides accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi in North Luffenham, 41 km from Leicester Railway Station. It’s located in a very sweet little town in the middle of a beautiful countryside. The owner is absolutely marvelous and he makes you fresh breakfast at a time of your choice and a coffee was excellent. We were given advice regarding our trip and the company was lovely and the place itself was cozy and nice
