We loved everything about this property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, bed extremely comfortable. The shower amazing. Our evening meal was delicious as was our breakfast. The price for our room & meals was very reasonable. Staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. It was in a lovely quiet location not far from the main town of Harrogate. We are planning on staying there again on our way back from Scotland.

This 17th century Grade II listed house is located in pretty village of Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. Lynne and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. They offer so many personal and thoughtful touches, Ashridge House really does feel like a home from home. The breakfasts are simply amazing.....a huge choice, perfectly cooked and presented, honestly didn't need to eat again until dinner time. The location of the property in the heart of the village is perfect and the private parking area is a huge bonus. The seating area in the glorious garden is a lovely spot to relax and unwind.

Situated on Whitby’s North Promenade, on Western Cliff, The Wheeldale offers cooked breakfasts, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Location, breakfast and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

It was family-friendly (we brought an infant), and the owners/staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty English fare. We liked the location also: close to Whitby, feels very private and secluded in the woods, but less than a 15-min walk from the closest pub. Would recommend!

I have stayed here before and it is absolutely spotlessly clean, the bathroom is very modern and the bed is really comfortable and it's handy for all the shops and bars but still slightly away from all the hustle and bustle.
