We liked the unique way the beds were turning from sofas to beds, but we would also love it if they were a little wider. The room was spacious enough, and so was the internal private bathroom. The owners seemed friendly and caring.

The location was magical and beautiful! The cottage and room were perfect for us. The continental breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Boasting mountain views, Sheildaig Farm features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 27 km from Glasgow Botanic Gardens. The road up was a bit bumpy, but we were welcomed by a very nice dog ;-) and the host was very friendly. The place is very nice and calm. The room was classy, clean and the bed and shower were very good! The breakfast we ate at the picknick table in the sun was very delicious. If we come back to Scotland and are in the area looking for a place to stay, we definitevly go here.
