Terletak di Exeter, 11 km dari Stadion Rugby Taman Sandy dan 16 km dari Lintasan Berkuda Newton Abbot, The Ley Arms menawarkan restoran dan WiFi gratis. We had a large room in the newly completed 'stable' wing, fitted out to a very high standard. The breakfasts were amazing, especially the Overnight Oats with fruit compote. We didn't need any lunch after our Ley Arms breakfasts!

The room was well decorated and well furnished, with two lovely chairs in the bay window overlooking the sea. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely and spacious. Breakfast offered a lot of choice and the foot was great. The couple who run the place were also lovely. There is a sister hotel just 100m down the road where you can also order an evening meal, which gave us generous portions. I also love the honesty bar. It felt very homely and more like an apartment as we also had use of the guest lounge as well. Would thoroughly recommend.
