In an 18th-century farmhouse, its individually styled rooms have free Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Wonderful b and b! A friendly welcome. All sorts of little touches: bathrobes, slippers, fresh milk and a variety of hot drinks in the room. Large, cozy, freshly decorated impeccably cleaned room. The mattress was fairly soft and offered good support. Excellent breakfast. We could choose from an extensive breakfast menu the night before, and everything was served fresh, excellently cooked and exactly as ordered.

Black Burn Lodge B&B has a selection of attractive bed and breakfast accommodation in the Scottish Borders, around 25 miles north of Carlisle. Located just to the west of Northumberland National Park, the house was designed and built by the owner, and features a delightful garden, terrace and conservatory. Everything! Love the hospitality, the location, the lovely river view and dark skies for stargazing. I love the cosy room and thoughtful touches of the owners. First class stay !

This B&B is situated in a quiet area of Eyemouth, a coastal town in the Scottish Borders. Edinburgh is 48 miles away, and Northumberland National Park can be reached in 40 minutes by car. There is free Wi-Fi throughout, and free parking is available nearby. We loved that we could get anywhere in Eyemouth in just a few minutes!

The bedrooms are spacious and have views over the hills. They all come with Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities. There is either an en suite bathroom, or a private bathroom set outside the room. The staff was really kind and helpful. Beautiful and cozy room, amazing location and view. I would definitely stay again.

Bedrooms at Heatherlie House Hotel are light and neutral in design, with views over the gardens. Each bedroom comes with tea/coffee-making facilities, a TV and an en suite bathroom. Everything was exceptional, very helpfull, friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful place.
