Would not hesitate to stay here again. Friends from Newbury met us at the Ibex for dinner and will also return. Ibex is 15 km from Newbury Centre. Countryside is very beautiful, but transport is essential. Loved every minute. Restaurant and pub on the premises makes the Ibex a superb place to stay.

Great apartment, very well equipped, comfortable and an excellent host. They really have thought of everything and nothing is too much trouble for them. It's very handy location, 10 minute walk or £5 taxi into the town centre. Henley is a lovely place with a wide selection of restaurants to suit all prices. There are also a lot of places close by to visit, apart from a lovely walk along the river. We stayed here last year and have booked to come back next year- I think that says it all. There is a selection of herbs, spices condiments in the kitchen, the sort of thing you wouldn't think of packing and would only think of when you decided to cook, although we ate out every night, there is a fully equipped kitchen, full cooker, dish washer and washing machine.

Set in Reading and only 18 km from Newbury Racecourse, Field Farm Cottage B&B offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Anne and Pat were kind and generous hosts. The breakfast was delicious and filling. We felt welcome and slept very well in the unbelievably comfortable bed. Would love to stay again. A delightful couple and place to stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful room, outstanding service, wonderful menu and meal. (Small staircase not elevator but a strong man in kitchen staff to help with bags)
