The Black Horse at Ireland boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Neatly manicured. Lovely outdoor garden. Restaurant was modern with classic touches ; outstanding cuisine!

Situated in Henlow, The Crown Pub, Dining & Rooms offers free onsite parking and a beer garden. The pub offers rooms with free WiFi, which are situated within converted stables. The staff when I arrived were very friendly, and showed me to my room. This theme continued when I visited the pub for evening meal. The food was brilliant, and was nice to stay somewhere for work that did not just have generic pub food. The room was really well equipped, and it is a lovely touch to have a mini fridge and fresh milk in the room. The breakfast was also to the same high standard as the night previous.

This 17th century inn is situated in the beautiful village of Turvey, a quintessential English village just 10 miles (16 km) west of Bedford and just a short drive from Northampton and Milton Keynes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
