Jean-Claude was an exceptional host, and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. He was so friendly and welcoming. There was iced tea waiting for us on arrival which was greatly appreciated after a long hot day traveling on motorbikes, as was the pool. Jean-Claude rang and booked a table for us at the local restaurant. The house was full of character and the rooms were spotlessly clean, well equiped and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous with home made pancakes and jams as well as breads, ham, cheese and a lovely fresh fruit salad among other things. There was a garage for our motorbikes. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Domaine de Lardoisière si trova a Château-Salins e propone la vista sul lago, un giardino e una terrazza. C’è un parcheggio privato disponibile sul posto. Excellent guest house, in a magnificent building, more like a small castle, and surrounded by a large park area. Extremely friendly host lady. Extremely large room with very nice antique furniture, a bit warm though (we arrived on a very hot day). Breakfast was served outside on the terrace with a great view of the building. We regretted we did not book for more nights.

Elegant bldg, stylish French Provincial furniture & comfortable beds. We arrived earlier than expected & the owner sent her son to welcome us. Marvelous breakfasts & suggestions for a good restaurant for dinner. Esp liked secure parking in a 15 century town w/very narrow streets & scarce parking. Very engaging owner (Helene) who took every opportunity to seevto our comfort & enjoyment in her home.
