Lovely garden and great location to visit Ile-de-Ré and the different villages. The free-to-use bikes were very helpful to get around. The owners also helped us with advice on places to visit. You can easily park for free in the streets around the house.

Set only 1.1 km from Arnerault Beach in La Flotte, Le 36 Maison d'hôtes Piscine & Spa provides accommodation fitted with a terrace, garden and seasonal outdoor pool. Fantastic hosts. Great location for La Flotte and the rest of the island. From the lovely welcome to the farewell it was exceptional. Excellent breakfast. Pool was great.

Located in La Couarde-sur-Mer, 500 metres from Plage des Prises, LA MAISON DE LA DUNE - Chambres Climatisées - Jacuzzi 1ère séance offerte - Piscine chauffée avec Abri Amovible - Plage située à 200m,... This is a wonderful adults only bed and breakfast. The accommodations were so comfortable: the bed, the quiet, the outdoor garden with lots of spots to nap and read. The swimming pool was divine after all day of biking the island. Bikes were available both electric and regular. La Couarde is a good midway point for daily biking on safe bike routes. Florence and Rémy were the BEST hosts: inviting, helpful with daily excursion suggestions that we followed. We felt so welcomed.

Set 1 km from Plage Sud, Le Clos des Fantaisies offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. It is located 15 km from La Rochelle Train Station and offers bicycle parking. Excellent room and a lovely breakfast. This is a highly recommended place to stay when enjoying Il de Re.

The place was cosy and clean, the room was spacious and had everything you need. I totally loved the big window facing the terrace and the dressing table.

Our host Alex took exceptional care of us making sure we were comfortable and recommending restaurants and places of interest..and prepared a beautiful breakfast daily for us..we were pampered! We would love to return and highly recommend!
