Great location close to the train station and walking distance to the sights of Valencia. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was the best I have had in Spain so far. So much choice of lovely fresh food. The sunny terrace would be a lovely place to hang out in warmer weather.

Oliveira Rooms is within 5 minutes’ walk of Valencia’s main square, its cathedral and Xàtiva Metro Station. It offers beautiful rooms. We stayed at the hotel with 4 adults and 2 children. Hotel was situated in nice part of the town with beautiful surrounding. Studio was located on the top floor with big tarase which was a great suprise. Beds where good, comfortable size even when child was sleeping with us. Kitchen well equipt with cups, glasses, plates, bowls and cutlery. Also everything you need to cook like pans and pots. Room was clean and nicley furnished. There was also large fridge with freezer and coffe machine for capsuls plus selection of teas. Clean bathroom with loads of free toiletres like tooth brush with sachet of tooth paste,shaving machine, shampoo, hair conditioner& body milk. Hotel staff was very welcoming and always helpful with a smile. We where all impressed about our stay at the hotel and of course in beautiful Valencia.

Situated in a quiet rural area, this bed and breakfast has a terrace with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and barbecue. It is less than 10 minutes’ drive from Peñíscola and offers a buffet breakfast.... We appreciated the quiet and comfortable location and surroundings. The room was very comfortable and the whole place spotless. The host was very friendly and helpful.
