Rating it 10/10 doesn't seem like much to me. Hearty breakfast including a little bit of everything. They offer a variety of teas that are always available. It has a very nice little bar. Impeccable and external cleaning is carried out several times a day. The garden they have created is really relaxing with chairs, tables and deck chairs. Highly recommended I will report if I return to Luxor

Nassr gave us really good advice for how to spend our time in Luxor and arranged an excellent tour for us of the valley of the kings. The guest house is really relaxing with a beautiful terrace and very good food cooked fresh.

Wish I would’ve spend more time. Austin and Abeer go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The guesthouse itself has great interior, clean bathrooms and super comfortable beds. The rooftop is perfect for working, since it’s quiet and has a strong WiFi connection. Abeer made my day with an incredible dinner- with hosts like these you feel like home

It was by far the best stay during our whole Egypt tour. Everything was just perfect, the owner Khaled responded promptly to any question, he has own car and driver that can bring you anywhere for good price. The whole villa and garden is amazing, clean and peaceful. Within 5 minutes you can reach all sights on the west bank and from the ferry port you can reach it by 5-10 minutes easily. Comparing east and west bank we would definitely stay again on the west bank - much less traffic, noise and most importantly MUCH LESS people trying to get money on the street from you.

We felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment we got there. The owner and staff were very pleasant, helpful and talkative. They helped us find transfers, suggested where to eat, organized earlier breakfasts for us, etc. It was a great experience and we would recommend the accomodation.

The location is perfect, situated near the riverbank. The room was clean, and the interior decor was stylish and chic, creating a cozy yet modern vibe. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. This is hands down the best place I’ve stayed at in Egypt, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We enjoyed our trip in Luxor.
