Room felt bigger than in the photos. Nice that there was possibility to make coffee-tea (with kettle and press jug, coffee and tea bags were also provided) and that there was a fridge to keep drinks cold during hot weather. Small stove was also though we didnt use it. Parking place not provided but there are small parking place accross the street what we could easily use.

The breakfast surpassed expectations, and the bull dog ("little rabbit") is a rambunctious 9-yr-old, obviously loved as much as the property and business. So many quirky fun bits to look at. Bed comfy and despite small room, we did fine with all our baggage in tow. Water pressure strong in the shower with lots of hot water. I would stay again and again! PS - Be sure to eat at Kuursaal and have the fried herring and blueberry brulee.

There is a private sandy beach 800 metres from Samblamaa Guesthouse and Peraküla white sand beach is 4 km away. Both holiday homes offer free WiFi. The pictures here on booking did not prepare me for how stunning this place truly is, especially at the wintertime. The house is really well designed, our host was extremely helpful and the surroundings are straight out of a fairy tale. There is a lake, sauna and the beach is close, its just perfect.

He lives on the property, but he gave us all of our personal space. He was available when we called him, otherwise we had absolute privacy. He was very easy to work with. This is a perfect place for a family vacation. We vacationed with one other family. There is a lot of room for kids to play. Volleyball net, ping pong, childrens playhouse, swings and large yard for games. We also had a wonderful sauna each night that can be ordered separately. There is a grill and kitchen and dishwasher, so this made meals easy. We already are thinking of returning.
