When we arrived we got an upgraded room with a nice terrace. The room was spacious and light. Bed was very comfortable and shower had a lot of hot water. Breakfast was great with eggs, fruits, croissant, juice and coffee. But the best part was people working in the hotel. They were extremely nice and welcoming making our stay wonderful

They made us feel really at home and told us a lot about life in Ecuador and the beautiful surroundings of Banos. Breakfast with the freshly made "Hefezopf" and dinner with local treats were great, too, and we really enjoyed the view over the valley.
