The host, Maria was super attentive and helpful. The place was in a beautifully restored building with exceptionally comfortable accomodations. The location was perfect to see the old town with lots of restaurants close by.

Starlight Inn features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Sigchos. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Lovely little hostel with insane views over the mountains. The room was little but very comfy. The host and the lama are super nice. We got free water, tee, and coffee and had a good lunch and breagt breakfast. For 3 USD, we got a lunchbox with a sandwich, apple, banana, cookies, chocolate, and little sweets. Just great. The host even gave us 2 poles for the hike. There is also a luggage transfer for 20 USD to the final hostel in Quilotoa. Definitely recommend.

Set in Riobamba, within 50 km of Chimborazo Volcano, Villa Bonita Hostel is an accommodation offering quiet street views. open space and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming! bed was comfy and showers are hot. kitchen is great too.

Set in Quito, near El Ejido Park and Sucre Theatre, La Casa De La Nonna is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and barbecue facilities. Room was very clean, very accommodating hosts, nice other travelers, nice breakfast, good location, good value for money, and helpful in every way. An Ecuadorian bed and breakfast at its finest.

Hostal Taita Cristobal is a recently renovated guest house in Isinliví, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. Perfect place after day 1 of Quilotoa Circuit. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Hammocks set up right next to grazing llamas was a great spot tof relax for the afternoon.

Casa del Montañero, a property with a garden, is set in Machachi, 39 km from Sucre Theatre, 40 km from Colonial Art Museum, as well as 40 km from El Ejido Park. - the staff, Diego was very helpful in giving us advice on which tours to book - the breakfast was good - the location was good - we felt safe inside the locked gate - free water station to fill up our bottles - the room was spacious - the blankets were cozy enough to keep us warm all throughout the cold nights in Machachi
