We needed a place close to the airport in Guayaquil and Villa 97 was just perfect! The owners are super nice and helpful, the accomodation is beautiful and clean and the breakfast was most delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer in Guayaquil (we did not feel unsafe at all) and will definitely come back to this place if we can.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. She was very accommodating with special requests. The breakfast was delicious and filling. We will always stay at Casa Canelos when we visit Guayaquil.

My friends left and I needed just a room for a cheaper price for myself. The host offers the second floor as a whole rental apartment and the first floor as a rental by room. Having rented just the double room, I still had access to all apartment amenities. Nice and unexpected treat. Eduardo, the host, was very nice and accommodating.
