Situated ten minutes from the airport, the drive costs $20-25 by taxi, $15 by private car organised by the owner, and 650 DOP by uber. The area is quite desolate but relatively safe. Convenience store nearby. Very modestly furnished and equipped but the important thing is good wifi and ac. The owner super host!
Price. Guest house accommodations but private. Wi-Fi was the fastest and most stable of my trip to the Dominican Republic.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value and location: it's not right on the beach but it is close, and away from the crowds. Nice, clean and bright room, with fridge, utensils for eating, balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioner and fans were efficient and quiet. Parking is inside the gated area. Checkin and checkout times are terrific.
Great Location! Right on the beach, nice bar. Good food. A/C and fridge in room. Small key lock safe included. Dive shop next door.
We had an amazing time at Hotel Magic Tropical. Camila was a great host, very antentive and even prepared us a snack for the day after, as we were leaving very early due to our flight. Our room was perfect and WIFi reception was the best on our entire stay in Dominican Republic.

great location, great decor, lovely rooms. styling of the hotel is very quaint and has small pools and a large jacuzzi. the rooms are very peasant with nice bathrooms and large showers and hot and cold water. excellent choice of breakfasts. Eli, at reception, was fantastic. extremely professional, very helpful and very polite.
