There was also an option online to request the change of towels and throw out the trash which I didn’t use because of my short stay, thus I don’t know how that would work but it was a nice touch. I can see how people who are not used to the sound of trains could find the presence of the train tracks nearby a problem. My room was on the 3rd floor facing the train tracks directly and I didn’t consider the sound unbearable, in fact, I barely heard it. The gentleman I had to call in the early Sunday morning to unlock the front gate for me was really nice and helpful.
