It was a perfect location in a beautiful old building with a bright breakfast dining area. The owner is so friendly and he sat us down with welcome beers and explained everything there was to do in the area. We took some of his advice and had a wonderful time. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious and he gave us doggy bags to pack a lunch. We felt very well taken care of and really enjoyed our stay.

It was as if we were gently immersed in the entourage of fairy tales by the brothers Grimm :) The hotel is in an authentic building, elegantly furnished and decorated in vintage style, everything looks appropriate and cozy. The room is warm and cozy, a large comfortable bed. Nice helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts in magical interiors. Thank you for the German fairy tale))

All staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent situation with easy access to the trains and boats with cycle hire directly opposite the hotel. Good breakfast and the restaurant is one of the best in the area

The breakfast was beyond expectations, not only cereal, meats/cheeses and bread. But also a huge selection of deserts, warm dishes. Bacon/sausage/eggs. Along with caprise and baked zucchini and cheese bites. Staff was super friendly and helpful the room was beautiful and perfect for our family including a small mini fridge and freezer.
