Everything was nice and well organized!very comfortable bed and nice window with good protection from the sun!

The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

My husband and I felt the very warm welcome, loved the chats during the home-cooked breakfast, and help when we had some issues with our car. We can't wait to come back! 100% recommended.
