My recent two night stay was exceptional. The ocean view from the hostel was incredible and the food was delicious. The hosts were very friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I do not have anything negative to say about my stay! Highly recommended!

One day I had breakfast on our balcony just over the ocean, the next day I sat directly on the beach below having breakfast, with the ocean waves reaching my feet. The food was delicious and the location was stunning. Dinners of very fresh fish (caught early in the morning by local fishermen) were really delicious! I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves, and waking up to the same serenity, before the hustle and bustle of the beach started again. Please set your expectations accordingly. This is a charming rustic two story wooden shack barely touching the ocean. Each day starting at around 9 or 10 am the beach is crowded with day trippers from Cartagena, and then empties out at about 4 pm

Great location and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Pizzas were lovely but dinner was not so much. And spent only one night and think it’s a great value for money.

The staff was super nice, Carlos is a good guest and he provide us food and utilities that we needed, super kind, and also de owner Daiber was so kind with us. Is a basic room but is in front of the beach, you sleep with the sound of the waves, so healthy and nice. I would recommend the night here for y'all

Really lovely stay by the beach. Playa Blanca is a touristy spot in the days, however, this hostel is really tranquil in the evenings, and mornings in particular. We had the balcony area to chill in during the days so your away from any crowds, still looking out on the beach and able to just walk down to get in the water when you wish. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Easy to book boats back to the main area to get back to Cartagena:

The place is very beautyfull and the beach is very lovely. The food was okay but wouldnt recommend the breakfast.

Would highly recommend to couples and solo travelers who are used to facilities with only basic necessities but value for the price. I stayed in the double with a balcony and it was the most beautiful sunset view, luxury resort vibe!
