When I had a bad headache, he would buy me medicine because I was allergic to ibuprofen, which was available at the hotel. If you are vegetarian, don’t expect much from the breakfast, it’s not like the ones in hotels. However, there is bread, corn, rice, and egg. Still, if you want to experience the real Chinese way... this is it! I liked it very much! Don’t be afraid if your Chinese is as bad as mine, they speak comfortability with you via a translation App. Works perfect! My friend was picking me up and was an hour and a half delayed. No problem staying longer in the room, but at some point, I just wanted to wait in the lobby, and was pampered with a delicious tea for free. I want to say to the staff... You all are amazing people! Also the place is comfortable and clean and has a very good location; near the bus stop ,and there were many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It’s in a quiet area and we really enjoyed our stay . I definitely recommend this place!

Staff was very friendly. They helped me all they can. On rainy day they borrowed umbrella. When I forgot my adapter at home country they found an adapter. The manager (I think) speaks very well English and comminicative. Comfortable stay. Thanks to them my meeting here was quite successful.

Situated in Hangzhou, 200m from The West Lake and 2.9 km from Wushan Square, Plum Blossom Inn features express check-in and check-out and free WiFi throughout the property. I was very happy with my stay at MK Inn. The room and the entire place were comfortable, and Qing went out of her way to help. Santa Yunshe was a great location, a short walk from West Lake and other interesting and beautiful areas.
